If you can get the U.S one - there's a cracking little Spanish chiller called The Baby's Room

If you change the thread to include the Lovefilm streaming service you can add...
Submarine (Rather great brit indie flim directed by Moss from the IT Crowd.)
The Extraordinary adventures of Adel Blanc-Sec (Luc Besson does Indiana Jones)
Phase IV (classic killer ants sci fi directed by Saul Bass.)
Rubber (The killer tyre movie)

Fans of The Artist who fancy seeing Michel Hazanavicius's earlier work which also stars Jean Dujardin (and Bérénice Bejo inthe first one), might want to check out OSS 117: Cairo Nest of Spies and OSS 117: Lost In Rio. They're French Pink Panther style spoofs and very funny indeed! And Dujardin is as charming as ever! They're both on the US Netflix.
Tastes are so subjective and there's so much on Netflix (and Lovefilm), wouldn't it be an idea for people to post as normal in threads (specific film threads, what have you seen etc) and just write they saw it on Netflix/lovefilm etc?

Where can you choose HD or not and is everything available in HD?
How do you get the US Netflix? I really want to see 'The Baby's Room' now, sounds awesome!

Worth checking out the Primer timeline diagram is that's the first time you've seen it.

Dead Man's shoes
On Lovefilm - cost buttons to make, but shows just how good British films can be
Quote:
Two brothers, Richard and Anthony, return to their hometown. Setting up camp in the hills overlooking the town, they reminisce over their past. But Richard has not returned for the memories, he's returned for revenge...

another vote for Primer
Deja Vu
Is OK, not the best film, but suspend belief and it is enjoyable.
Horsemen of the apocalypse
worth a watch, but only once through

EDIT: Am i right in thinking Lovefilm don't yet stream in HD?

I've given up on the US side of things as I can't get HD quality, although I can on the UK store no problem. There is more than enough stuff on there to hold my interest anyway. No HD streaming for Lovefilm otherwise I would sign up for that too.

The other thing is, films often get take off streaming for one reason or another so in a years time some of these won't be on there anymore.

Seconded. Watched it on US Netflix last weekend (bizarrely not available on the UK one, despite being British and a few years old). Great little film.
