Personally, I hate to see any players dive. I do think Suarez gets kicked about a lot, but he does go down far too easily and makes a meal of it (and Adams goes down too often for my liking). He's certainly not the worst or only player doing it, and does tend to get up quickly, but it's not pretty and the sooner he stops doing in the better IMO. I want to win honestly, not by cheating.

There are too many players that dive and it stinks. However, at least it is generally really criticised in the UK and it's way worse abroad. It's accepted as part of the game abroad but would drive me mad if we had players rolling halfway across the pitch like the often do in Spain for example.

Reckon we might go with this XI tonight:

Reina
Kelly
Carra
Coates
Aurelio
Maxi
Spearing
Adam or Henderson
Downing
Bellamy
Carroll
I think he might go stronger against Chelsea....

Reina
Kelly
Skrtel
Carra
Enrique
Bellamy
Lucas
Spearing
Maxi
Carroll
Suarez

Take it the match isn't on anywhere?

Depends, obviously, on how desperate Kenny is to win.

That defence looks fine though I'd possibly play Coates instead of Skrtel (Enrique was hinting in the Metro today that he thinks he might be expected to play otherwise I'd leave him out if Aurelio/Robinson are fit). I'd also rest Lucas and Suarez.

No Terry for Chelsea so hopefully Carroll won't have many challenges to his headers

I'm not sure it is generally really criticised over here. I've seen Drogba, Nani and Ronaldo do it game in game out for years over here and not received the criticism Suarez gets.
Match going reds will tell you he is getting the **** kicked out of him at the moment and he is getting very little given to him. Kompany hacked him down on Sunday and waved him up, and the ref played on.
He does go down when there is contact, and he does roll around too much at times but he really goes down when there is no contact at all a la Evra at Anfield the other week.
At the end of the day he will learn whats acceptable over here, but it doesn't excuse the disgraceful lack of protection he has had recently.

Cue the usual suspects, but in my book each challenge should be judged on it's own merit rather than based on an unrealistic media view instigated by a rival opposition manager.

If you can get the 'old' astra satellite (where sky used to be on analogue) it is on German Sport 1 (SD) free.

So what exactly was your point in posting the clip then?

Btw, Fergusons comments can't have that much influence on refs. 2 weeks after Fergie said that, Suarez dived and won a penalty at West Brom

He just blasted it straight down the middle.

Perfect opportunity wasted.

We're passing it around nicely, without really creating much though.

Why is he even taking penalties??? He's not exactly brimming with confidence.
Should say that besides that we are playing quite well again
