FFS!!! For the first time, I can see us not finishing in the top 4.

Got your answer then

That's like 5(?) draws in a row??!

I'll join in.

FFS!!!

The last two games, as good as he is/ has been this season, OurVP simply had to bury both chances.

Arshavin was gassed at the end, he could barely run but he really looks the business. Shame he'll be playing UEFA cup footie next season eh?

C'mon Stoke I say

And I'll be ****** if that's a Fulham team that haven't won away this season, how?

On the plus side I can stop worrying about our defence

Still, we should be awesome once we have our fully squad back (and get rid of 'Super' Nic).

Didn't like the boos at the Emirates though

Get in Stoke

Oh and the incescent hounding of Bendtner is riddiculous.

What did he do wrong yesterday? Miss 3 golden chances?

That was RvP's job

Look who Liverpool had sans-Torres yesterday. Chelsea have Stoch. United Wellbeck. Bendtner's far far better than any of those....

TRue well done to stoke - but have you seen Bendtner play

The most UN-wenger type player I have seen! True, he was good in the reserves, but I think he needs a whole season out on loan to help him.

Besides if we have a squad full of ady, RvP, Vela, Eddy, Simpson, Arshavin, Sick note, theo, Nasri - will we have space for Bendtner?

Everton are close

Isn't anyone else just feeling an extra tinge of frustration with the Stoke result? IF we had beaten West Ham, Sunderland and Fulham like we should have done, combined with Villa's recent run, we'd have been in fourth by a couple of points to spare

Conversely Villa have had (more than) a couple of chances this season to build a comprehensive gap but have ****** it as well. Thankfully.

Massive non-Arse result yesterday, I was flicking between the final and the Villa game, saw Carew score the second and filled the air with expletives. Didn't realise Stoke'd scored 2 in the last few minutes until I went to switch the PC off that had Livescore on

Villa win yesterday and that was it for us I feel - their confidence returns and injury returnees & tough Villa run or not there'd be too many points between the two.

Oh, and whilst the Arsenal are still in the Champions League, the FA Cup and probably will finish 4th can we spare a thought for our neighbours. Threw their Euro jaunt away, still dangerously close to relegation and they then go and lose the final - thanks to two ex-Arsenal lads

Hopefully this will be the start of Villa's down fall, only problem is are we going to be good enough to capitalise? Or will the race for 4th be a battle of who sucks less!! But then again, Everton in 6th are closing!!

I did laugh when Bentley missed, not even an EX Arsenal player can score at the moment

Gallas out tomorrow, so Djourou comes in. With no players returning from injury yet, can anyone see an end to this goal scoring drought?

Tonight is a must win for so many reasons, firstly do we really want to be the first team in PL history to achieve 5 goalless draws on the bounce? Secondly Villa have a potentially tricky away game at Citeh tomorrow where they could drop points then a 10 day rest while we play 3 more games before their next game so the pressure will really be on us. Two wins in the league for us and if they draw tomorrow we could only be 1 point behind them by the time they play Spurs on the 15th who again could take points of them. Add the fact that Everton are gaining on us the next three games will decide not only the season, but possibly the future of Wenger, Cesc, RvP and the club in general!!!

No pressure then

Me, I don't buy into the 'mass player exodus' should the Arsenal spend one season in the UEFA Cup.

I do believe however that another trophyless season this season and Wenger will come under serious pressure next year - which is a crying shame as he was, I still believe, just one tackle away from his biggest ever achievement last season

i'd agree about there not being a mass player exodus (as long as wenger doesn't call it a day).

Anyone know how much we get from the Champions League each year? If it's ~Ł30,m then given the profit we made this year, we could just about afford it. We'd struggle longer-term, though.

With the way this season is going, I'm beginning to know what it feels like to be a Spurz fan

Good points by simonmac...all is not lost...yet!

Surely it cannot be 0-0 tonight...someone is going to get a right tonking soon!

vanPersie on the bench, so Bendtner up front on his own or alongside Arshavin? Surely we can't play one up front can we? At work tonight so at least I can't watch Sky's Soccer Special

Not really - he's been ***** the last couple of games

Nasri and Bendtner uptop imo.

Denilson and Song in the middle though I hate watching them both together, one or the other's fine'n'dandy; both at the same time and it's hard going!
