I'm beginning to wonder if you use canned booing through the PA to make your fans sound louder?

I seriously don't understand why fans boo their own players - Spurs, Villa and quite a few other clubs suffer from it on ocassion too, but always seems to be worse at Arsenal (maybe it's just because you got 60,000 booing instead of 35?

Riley's a farce

An utter cretin that should've been struck off years back.

He was terrible again wasn't he?
Far from our best performance, but we're through to the semi's (a joke that it's being played at Wembley though).

Arshavin looks a terrific little player, the passes he plays are absolutely immense. I can understand why he shunned Spurs though, he's far better than that.

arshavin does look to thave the eye for the killer pass - a little concerned that he doesnt get involved enough but maybe thats due to fitness issues as he runs the show with russia..

Jesus, this guy's been changing his story every half hour

I cringed over the post away league game interview he gave but last nights (and todays) one take the ****. Didn't shake hands in the last game... Spat on the pitch.. No he spat in the tunnel... I saw it... No Brian Horton told me he done it.... My players didn't timewaste.... Spat on him... No spat at his feet..... Zzzzzzz

Now what increasingly looks like either a falsification or at least an exaggeration his complaint about Cesc has now been reduced to:

"One, being on the pitch after the game - whether there is a ruling against that I have no idea but he had no right to be there. Two, dressed in the manner in which he was dressed. Three, the pictures in the national papers verify the aggression he was showing towards players and staff after the game. I could go on but I'm not one for crying over spilt milk."

Labelled the officials a disgrace and aimed slanderous comments towards the club.

Allardyce schooled

Well, Fabregas says he's never spat in anyone's face before in his career so thats a blatant lie for a start, unless he's conveniently forgetting doing it to Ballack a few years ago during a game for Arsenal.

Those quotes are followed with, "I then witnessed him going down the tunnel and turning round and spitting at my assistant manager's feet."

And it's only ever been at his feet that I've heard?

Not that spitting at his feet (if he did do it) makes it acceptable.

But, following on from Lou's comment, surely the main talking point is how Arsenal's clearly offside winning goal was allowed to stand ? But then it was Riley in charge
