Angry laptop bluray player

Hi All,

I have an acer laptop (brand new) with a blu ray player, when i first got it i couldn't play some of the latest films until i downloaded newest software updates. I can now play new films on the laptop screen but when i try to play through my Samsung 1080 tv the newer films play for a second and then i get a message come up saying incorrect graphics driver even though i have the latest.

I have tried various settings on the laptop and nothing makes a difference so any help would be appreciated.

Is there another player that i can download and try to see if it's the player that i'm using?

Regards,

Deeks.

i have a vaio and i had similar problems, wouldnt play mamma mia until i updated drivers, then when i triedf to play through my acer tv it came up with a message saying it wouldnt play, turns out that the vaio wont let you view on laptop and tv at same time, so i had to set my tv as my dektop and then it plays fine, dont know if this will help with your problem, but its worth a try

Just because you have the latest GFX driver doesn't mean you have the best. Far from it, obviously.

Go back to what you had.
