has anyone had any problems with the logitech G7 mouse, my one keeps on freezing,
i told logitech support and they said try it in another computer without the software so i did and the problem is still there
has anyone solved this problem ?
If it's happenning in another computer (especially without the software installed) isn't it more likely to be a hardware fault?
Get back to them and say that it is giving the same problems on another computer and thus it is not your system that's the problem but the hardware. At this stage I'd ask for a replacement.
