Nope. My Collection, from PlayUSA, is Canadian, and not a word of French in sight; just those pesky little "Canadian Rated PG" stickers you have to peel off.
BTW, has anyone got The Last Days of Pompeii yet? If so, where from? I can only find it at a handful of retailers, mostly Canadian ( Amazon.ca, DVD Import, PlayUSA) and it ain't cheap at any of them! If only DVD Pacific had it up.

It is for me , on a casual blind buy, and considering DVD Pacific have Son of Kong for £7.51 +p&p, they'd surely have Pompeii for about the same if it was listed. I'd bundle it with another DVD to save postage and not think twice, but I can't bring myself to take a chance on this at £12. I'm not made of money! (takes a quick bite of arm to make sure. Damn.)

Got my tin today from the depot (wouldn't fit through the letterbox) courtesy of PlayUSA. 'Tis a thing of beauty, honestly and now easily the best packaged DVD in my collection. It has got a dent, but only a small one and on the back so no bother. Sorry to all you "non-receivers", but I just had to brag

In the US, Best Buy are doing an 'exclusive' box of the tin version of 'Kong', plus the other two films, and a bonus of five extra 'collectible' postcards - pics here at the HTF, and very nice it is too.
Shame they don't ship outside the States...

A-ha! It's now up at Amazon.com and Axel, so it can't be long before DVD Pacific joins the club with a sub-£10 price, and this will be mine ... all mine, for a decent price. I love it when a plan comes together. *chews cigar*

I've just had an order delay from CD-Wow for the tin
They say the hope to be able to dispatch it on the 29th.
I'm getting really fed up of these delays, I've had to cancel quite a few things from them lately after havng crazy delays

Indeed John, they shipped my Kong Collection, too!
I have to say, the wait for this particular set was getting a bit unbearable.

My King Kong Collection has shipped as well although the Tin, which shipped two weeks ago still hasn't turned up. Fintstones season 4, which shipped the same day arrived last Monday.
