I think the favourite for me has still got to be the .........
.....Dalek we saw in the 'Dalek' episode, but properly now as the Emperor Dalek. As I have stated this will also help explain why they have not killed Rose yet as well (they share the same DNA.
2nd joint favourite is Adam or Davros (or may be they will be the same?).
Anyway didn’t the OLD Emperor Dalek got destroyed in the Dalek Civil War in the 60's Doctor Who
One thing still bugs me about the previous episode set on Satellite 5 which has yet to be explained ... Adam walking off sniggering with a very pleased grin on his face after Rose gives him the TARDIS key. Hmmm ...

It's not the TARDIS key that's important. It's the fact he's been left on his own with Rose's mobile still in his pocket, so he can carry out his nefarious plan to send himself tons of information.

If Rick Berman from the Star Trek Franchise had written Doctor Who we would have had a Dalek that has been converted to good as one of the Doctor's Companions!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL
I did, but never posted it coz apart from a wolf/dog being similar, there is nothing to suggest K9 will re-appear. Although, RTD did say in an interview something about how he would love to bring K9 back as the kids love K9.
Anyone considered that we've seen the Face of Boe "in real life" once, and it didn't speak.
We've seen it on a TV screen ( The Bad Wolf channel, maybe? I forget. )
And we've heard it mentioned in a quiz show.
But we've not seen it move or heard it speak.
Bit pricey for a static prop, no?

No the K9 thing I put wasnt to do with the episode. I was making a general comment that I would like them to bring back K9 after he was killed. I liked K9, he was great.

The plan for this season was to bring back K9 as a coffee table in the Tardis - but in the end they decided it wasn't worth shelling out the licensing fee (K9 isn't owned by the BBC) for a one off joke.
The more I think about this, the more I think it IS Adam. The Doctor, and his companions were snatched from INSIDE the TARDIS, that meant someone who had access. Who had a key - 'Father's Day' established that a TARDIS key could provide access to the interior from anywhere. Adam had been studying the last Dalek for a while, perhaps he learnt a few things? He could have used the knowledge he gained from satellite 5 to snatch the Dalek away before it could kill itself. Also, the name Adam could be a clue - the biblical Adam was father to mankind - perhaps this Adam is father to the (new) Dalek race?

There is a bit of info in the "Monsters and Villans" book recently published about Boe, which says the face of Boe will die one day and in its last breath, reveal a secret to one person alone - a homeless wandering traveller ...
I'll be glad when it's shown so that people will shut up with the "well it's obviously The Master from a parallel universe who took over Adam's body and then salvaged the remains of the Dalek that blew itself up to turn himself into Davros and then used Slitheen technology to transport himself a couple of hundred thousand years into the future."
