What do you want to burn onto the disks? This will probably effect the software required

windows doesn't support DVD writing by default, you need to get something like Nero.

I was looking for something like this the other day. Google came up with this as its first result of "freeware dvd burner". Downloaded it and no problems when i was backing up my system last night.

Wanted to dowload some pop videos from edonkey onto a dvd, for my girlfriends daughter. Was wondering what was the best way to do it.
