It's a shocking decision, given where the linesman is. Not complaining though

Defending from free kicks is horrible so far, lucky to be level.

What the heck was Keita doing for their goal ??!!!???
And about time we benefited from a blatantly incorrect offside; we have lost so many points from them in the past

He got half-screened by noble. Same happened on the other side with the next free kick.

The linesmen tried their hardest, but they couldn't get you the three points. Paging Adam to explain how I'm wrong.

As I said ... if you look just a few posts up ... it is about time we started to actually benefit from blatantly wrong decisions from the officials.

VAR can't come soon enough. Then these dodgy goals will all be nullified. For everyone.

Mane has scored two goals against West Ham this season and both should have been disallowed for offside. Anyway, we look done, injuries and our top players (Mane, Fabinho excepted) have completely lost their form. We rarely look like scoring, the defence has turned back to the bad old days, and yeah, Milner looks fantastic at RB.Where's a Clyne when you need him.

TBH that's blatantly rubbish. West Ham got as many decisions as we did. Did you not see the offside given against Salah at the end if the first half, when he was as onside as Milner was off and in a better position? Or the handball in the box that could have been given against West Ham at the beginning of the second half?

Yeah cos with Clyne in the team we would have won the last 2 games cos we never lost when he played and he certainly wasn't playing the other day when Bournemouth lost to Cardiff ... oh, wait
Or is Clyne meant to cover for TAA, Gomez, Lovren, Henderson, Gini and Ox ALL at the same time ?
As for rarely looking like scoring ... 7 goals in 4 is not rare.

You just don't get it Adam. Carragher who actually talks sense has just said what an idiotic decision it was to loan Clyne out.But of course with you being the oracle of football you know better.never change Adam, never change.oh and Clyne was playing 5 days ago when Bournemouth hammered Chelsea, you won't mention that though because it doesn't fit your narrative.

And his, and your, argument would hold so much more weight if he went on to explain - with his acute tactical acumen - exactly how Clyne playing in the last two games would have made any positive difference to the outcomes ... but he didn't.
Neither of the last 2 goals we conceded came as a result of errors in that position but one of the goals we scored came via an assist from that position. So, arguably, playing Clyne would have actually made us worse off
You also seem to have suddenly changed your attitude about what the media say, having previously openly criticised others for paying any attention whatsoever, to now seemingly living by their every word. LOL

You've not really played well in ages, maybe you should have played to win at Wolves.

Crikey, looks like we've got a real title race now! You'd expect City to win tonight but, who knows, they've slipped up before. Can't believe Spurs are actually in the hunt too
...do any of the current top 3 have to play each other still?

Spurs are more likely to finish 5th than win the league. They certainly won’t finish above Liverpool or Man City.
Man City have lost games you think they should have won, but crucially they have the experience of going on and winning the league. They will be cursing that result against Newcastle. If they won tonight, I think they will go and win the league. Although I’m sure there will be lots of ebbing and flowing at the top until the end of the season.

Spurs still have to play everyone else in the current Top 4 ( all bar one of them away )
City and Liverpool both have home games against Chelsea & Spurs and United away to play

You've lived off whatever the media say for donkeys years ,me quoting Carragher is a far lesser evil than you hanging off the media's every word

That was a wholly disappointing couple of games, last night especially so.
Hard to say how it will actually affect things until City have played their next two, I really hope this isn't us bottling it.
I'd also like to see us do a bit of business in January to try and strengthen the squad as we looked desperately thin last night...
