Only good news from today is that we are now guaranteed 4 teams in the CL next year.

Fear we are running out of steam a little bit and it could be a tough end to the season. Not the easiest run in either.
Is that because we've done well enough in Euro competition to warrant a 4th spot, it's a good reason for doing your best in the Europa if nothing else

Great win. Scoreline flattered us, but I won't complain. Leicester still out of reach but two points further ahead of gunners, so overall not a bad weekend.

Was quite worried about Stoke away but my god, that was good. I don't think we'll catch Leicester but we're doing all we can! COYS.

It could be very close, I'd have thought any new PL champion would be a good result from a neutral standpoint, so although I'm hoping for Leicester, I won't be gutted if Spurs win it for the first time. I'll just be glad that a couple of new teams has crashed the Top 4 party and done it with style.

Spurs to their credit are looking great, they're turning over teams that you'd have thought would give them some trouble, whereas Leicester are just doing enough to win or draw, they look a little vunerable. I said on another thread, which team looks like they would win all their remaining fixtures, well Spurs would be the only one to have that potential. The only issue is whether Leicester will drop enough points.

It's a funny one, I recall a few years ago Chelsea getting a draw at this stage in similar circumstances and it was "they moved another point closer to the title" but Leicester don't seem to be given the same service

That's exactly how I saw their weekend result portrayed in the press. This is Leicester's to lose and whilst the rampant Spurs performances in the last couple of weeks have been impressive it's the dismal draws and defeats around the turn of the year that have done for us. It seems unlikely that we will get ahead of Leicester now but it is certainly possible. Either way the future looks bright if we can keep hold of the manager and the squad. Easier said than done and we have a shocking track record in that regard.

Would have thought the virtual guarantee of CL football would help keep the players, not sure I'd be swapping WHL for Old Trafford if I was the manager

Id be surprised if he would go to Man Utd as theres a lot of work to be done there and we have shown we can compete. The new stadium and the young players coming through are massive pluses. So long Levy comes up with enough cash to keep him there shouldnt be a problem.
I expect Utd to get at least a draw against Leicester and we need them to drop more against Swansea or Everton. Vardys suspension will help but they have played well this year and are still firmly in the driving seat.

The good news for us is that we look strong and more or less nailed on for 2nd now. That is a really good season for us and will be exciting to see us back in the CL next year. Lets hope we buy a good back up striker and make sure we keep our squad together. They look a happy camp at the moment.

It could be 6-0 and I'd still expect us to lose!

Could have had a few players sent off mind! I thought it would be tougher against Chelsea.

Spurs hardly covering themselves in glory. How they have 11 on the pitch is mental!!

Even if they win they will be struggling to field a half decent team for the remaining games!

Errr how was Dier not sent off?

Genuinely shocking from spurs! Could have had 5 different players sent off tonight. Lost their heads completely, worse than I can remember from any team in a long long time. Make no mistake Spurs have not lost the league, Leicester have won it.

Kyle Walker especially from the MOTD highlights I saw. 8-10 week ban for eye gouging in Rugby Union be interesting to see how the FA react to Dembele. Another ref and I think Spurs could have been at least 2 or 3 players down.

It looked like Spurs bottled it and rolled over towards the end of the game.
