Excellent. The bridge is becoming a bit of a lucky place for us lately. Would be good if we could beat the middling teams, we could be 3rd if it wasn't for some rubbish play in the past few games.

LOL @ the cech pic. Comedy.
As for LFC, good 1st half but lost it a bit in the second. Great run and finish by johnson though. Very pleased with the result.
Had to laugh at chelsea getting caught in possession pretty much everytime the ball came out from their keeper.

LOL at MOTD2 - those highlights were clearly edited by a Chelsea fan.
A 50 minute show has 10 minutes of highlights (most of which were of the 2nd half) of the ONLY game of the day in which LFC are portrayed as being lucky and only have 2 attempts on target, both against the run of play, from which they scored :butt They partially made up for it with Dixon's analysis but here's an idea BBC ... why not show all those LFC analsysis bits as part of the actual game highlights so that the highlights are actually a true representation of the game ??
They then go to on spend more time on YESTERDAY'S Man City game (which was already covered last night by MOTD) than on the Chelsea v Liverpool game.
Oh, and a ******* boss save from Reina.

Your team gets a cracking away win and you're still finding stuff to cry about. You're not built right.

That's Adam To be fair, he has a point if they missed the entire 1st half. 10 mins highlights isn't really enough.

Fair point, 10 minutes doesn't seem right for a big game like that. What are they doing with the rest of the programme?? (I'm recording it)
I think Adam would only be happy if Hansen & Lawrenson were the pundits, with the show presented by John Aldridge.

Don't get me wrong - I am ecstatic about the win but you certainly wouldn't want MOTD2 to be the only place you could have seen the game.

Hansen, yes, Aldridge maybe (I just love his reation on CityFM when Liverpool score) but Lawrenson ? Not a chance.

Great save, but I'm convinced Luiz was offside when the ball was played in. Flag didn't go up though...

He was in an offside position but the ball didn't get to him hence no offside. I though it was Luiz who'd got to it at first but it was actually Ivanovic.

i wish MoTD2 showed when KD man handled meireles away from the ball when it was our throw in... made me chuckle.
annoying thing is that with most of our 2nd halfs this season we have just backed off and backed off allowing the other team to come at us, let them get their rhythm and we try to deal with it... it happened yesterday and has happened against lesser teams.
when we went at chelsea (mostly in 1st half) we rattled them, they regrouped at HT and we decided to try and ward off the blows allowing them to play fully and nearly paid the price. we should try and be just keep at teams until we atleast have a 2 goal cushion.
maxi and bellamy to start next sunday please!

Just watch the match on LFC tv the next day.
BTW if it is ok to convert Kuyt into a right midfield grafter, than why isn't Johnson given a go as a winger with Kelly behind him?

How do you know it hasn't been tried in training? Many good attacking full-backs have been lousy when tried as wingers.
