It makes me proud to be a Mancunian with 2 great clubs now leading the way and I hope we finish 1 & 2 (with City top of course) in the Premeir league.
This is the start of a great time for Manchester. It will bring in revenue and jobs galore to Manchester and it's time to buckle up and enjoy the ride for my hometown

Are United a Manchester team again then? Make your mind up.

Technically no but they are very beneficial to Manchester and the surrounding areas in terms of jobs and income that they create and putting the name 'Manchester' on the global map.
Back to the footy I see that Tevez is back in Manchester, very little positive in the papers about it that's not negative. I for one welcome him back as a footballer but not as a person. He's been superb for us over the last couple of seasons and any club in the country would love him in their starting 11 come the start of September.
Many posters are starting to believe that Nasri will sign for City this week. With him and Fab looking likely to leave Arsenal they seem to be getting weaker and us stronger. Which is only good news for City.

I'm just surprised that you haven't blamed the London riots on City yet? I've still not given up on you yet

Actually, for fairer coverage, BBC is now asking 30% of rioters if they could move to Salford.

Well there is no surprise that Manchester United have more fans than Manchester City. For me the national stadium should have been away from London as they have all the other national stadiums and it would have been a fantastic gesture to either share the games around the country or indeed build a stadium in Manchester or even at a push Birmingham.
But I suppose that's another debate for another thread. I went doing my bit for the attendance. Not much more I can do (or do you have a different opinion)

I think there was/is quite a strong argument to have built it in the middle of the country so every one can get to it more easily.

It was silly that Bolton, Manchester United, Manchester City and Stoke all had to make their way down to the South East of England when if their was a stadium more central it would serve the country not just people who live in one area of the country.

Not all United fans feel the same

United have a classy Mexican now, rather than an Argentinian whore.
