HDMI 4-way switch with Audio in Currys

Yesterday, I found a Thor 4-way HDMI powered switchbox, that also supports optical and SPDIF audio in my local Currys, for £99. This goes for £130 pretty much everywhere else I've seen it.

It doesn't seem to be on their website - only instore - and I got the last one in Coventry.

What's the difference between this Thor one and the Logik one they sell for £19.99 (other than the spdif switching and remote control?)
