can you get twin tuner dvd recorder with freeview?
Im after a dvd recorder which allows me too....

  • record freeview on to a hard drive

  • dump any recordings from hard drive to disk

  • allow me to watch a recording whilst recording something else

  • include pause tv

  • is fairly user friendly for the rest of the mojo tribe

    Theres one in argos that might do it (digihome)

    That is a PVR.

    What you need is a PVR and a DVD Recorder. It is still useful to use a DVD Recorder with HDD so you can record directly to it if the PVR gets full.

    The PVR is connected to the DVD Recorder which then connects to the TV.

    Id just go for one that has a USB slot- the Humax 9200T or the Topfield one being good examples. the Dabsvalue one at ~Ł175 is the Humax. Around the same price at Dixons too.
