Anyone know where to get a sound file to test my 4.1 surround sound??

I've got an Altec lansing ADA885 pc speaker system and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can download a sound file that tests your sound channels. I'm looking for one that has a voice stating which channel it is using for e.g "front-left", "front-right" etc.
