I'm trying to compress some CD audio to put on my phone as a ringtone.
The existing ringtones are in the IMA ADPCM format & are sampled at 16kHz, 4 Bit Mono.
I've been trying dbPower Amp Music Converter but it only seems to give the option of 11.025 & 22.050kHz sampling frequencies, not 16kHz.
I've tried both these but they wont play on my phone.
I converted an existing ringtone using one of thses other sample rates & it wouldn't play so I'm guessing that's the problem.
Is there anyway I can get dbPower Amp Music Converter to sample at 16kHZ or is there another method I could use
