Good luck mate - I posted a thread asking for the same thing a month or two ago, and the result is that they're essentially unavailable now (well, except expensively ) If you really want some cases for valuable games then you might want to check Ebay and buy a job lot of games, then reuse the cases - these crop up from time to time and can be quite cheap, but I opted not to bother in the end!
