I'm not a great fan of Amstall and don't find him that funny but at least the show hasn't got Russel Brand who seems to be on everythinngthese days and is about as funny as pile surgery.

Thought the new presenter was pretty good to be honest. Never really saw the fascination with Mark Lamaar.
In the Episode i watched with the guy from Busted it was funny and suprising the lack of humour he had! lol when the presenter asked him if he's shagged anyone recently.

I think it was the crap guests that didn't help the special... another GMTV presenter and a member of Busted? wow. Oh and David Gest... why? I'm guessing he was in the country as thats the only explanation I can think for his booking. I didn't recognise the other guy and don't remember anything he said anyway.

I'm not sure if Jenni Falconer (from GMTV) was meant to be there originally. The Sky 'info' bit said Kevin Eldon, who obviously wasn't on, so it made me wonder if the GMTV woman was a late replacement.
Still, as funny as usual IMO. Loved the interplay between Simon Amstell and Danny McFly.

I haven;t watched this in ages but may have to check out the one with Preston from the Ordinary Boys as he stormed out half way through and Bill Bailey got someone from the audience to fill in for him.

They've updated the article a bit:
Quote:
Speaking to BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat, Preston said: "If that was in any other situation, I would have hit him."
He added: "I just had to remove myself from the situation, so I just got up and left."

Might have to pick up her autobiography if it's all as funny as this
Quote:
In the offending passage from Chantelle's book, Living the Dream, she described a photo shoot in which she wore Marks and Spencer clothes.
"I've always loved M&S but it has always been too expensive for me," she wrote, adding that the session made her feel "very posh and upmarket".

Good on him -- Preston, I mean. There's too much cruelty in comedy nowadays.
I wait in vain for the day someone chins Jonathan Ross.

Do you think she's actually written it let alone read the thing.

If the extract that was read out is anything to go by, I'd say yes
