Just tried my UK Changeling disc from Universal (that I've had since xmas) but my player refuses to play it (Samsung BDP-1600). I've done a firmware update and still no dice, the player says "this disc cannot be played".
Anyone else had a problem like this? This is the first disc I've had that wouldn't play at all.
I've never had a disk that won't play at all - I had Changeling out on rental recently and it played fine on my Sony 350 - apart from a couple of moments midway when it froze for a while. I just put that down to rental-fingerprints syndrome and ignored it
It plays fine on my Samsung 4600. There's a spreadsheet on the CNet Samsung forums where you can record disc problems that supposedly goes to the Samsung technical people.
