I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere yet, but
thedigitalbits.com has revealed that Warner Bros (Wwho distribute BBC stuff in the US) will release Fawlty Towers Remastered: Special Edition and BlackAdder Remastered: The Ultimate Edition on the 20th Oct.
I assume that it's the full series of both since FT will be 3 discs and have an SRP $49.98 while Blackadder will have a SRP of $79.98, suggesting a bigger box set. Both will have commentaries, "all new" in the case of Cleese on the FT set.
Has either series been released with a commentary before?
Shame neither was made on film either, so this might be the best it's ever going to look
