Apart from the person on ebay selling for £888 (which I just chuckled at), I noticed a guy in Wales selling a copy for £199.99 or Best Offer, so I've sent him the following offer, which I think is pretty decent:

Your Offer: £0.50

Your terms: I can possibly throw in a child's pillow, an After Eight mint (partially eaten) and sometimes, when she's really drunk, my sister gives hand jobs to strangers for a fiver. I can ply her with booze and ask her to do you for free as a deal sweetener.

Fingers crossed he accepts!

You could wear a wig

Another day, another boxed set. My Battles Without Honor and Humanity set arrived this morning but the Mrs nabbed it... for my Christmas present

I still need one but live no where near there.

Probably going to just get the standard trilogy from Arrow in January.

The book/poster etc doesn't really matter, it's the films I need anyway.

Interesting.... Seems a German release has uncut scene of Frank getting his faced ripped apart, sadly none of the other uncut footage has been put back in.
Details....

https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=288682

Sounds like a very nice set

Isn't that the same scene as included in Hellraiser 2? I thought if was removed from H1 at Clives request as it looked a bit pants.

Yes its from Hellraiser 2. This new bluray was supervised by Clive barker. No idea if he wanted the scene removed or not, i always thought it was cut due to the R rating.

The German release also corrects Hellraiser III and the framing issue. Did Arrow just ignore all the complaints about it?

They addressed it in their offical Video Deck blog but it wasn't the answer fans wanted ot hear, basically they said they stand by their decision to leave the frame "opened up".

I think the best theory on the fluff up is that Arrow asked for 2K scan of the whole negative (or Lakeshore provided them with one) and then realised some shots needed extensive cropping to get the right framing, but because their RAW was only 2K then that would mean they had to crop in below the 1080p limit and blow the image back up to 1080p, ergo Arrow chose to stick to a true 1080p presentation that revealed too much rather than cropping and zooming and losing detail.

Pure speculation of course, but might explain their decision to leave the framing so clearly borked.

Thanks still a mess of a situation though.

I don't really want to buy the trilogy again. I already have too many copies of the films as it is.

Hellraiser III Arrow vs Turbine

http://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?a=1&x=...4&l=0&i=2&go=1

Also have Hellraiser and Hellraiser II screenshots. Not a lot in it except a bit different grain so no big deal. Perhaps one day the Hellraiser III Turbine might be available on its own.

I just want 4-Judgement on no frills UK Blu-Ray.

Don't believe Revelations or Judgement are even getting UK release.

Just bought the Arrow trilogy and then read this, FFS can't anyone get things right.

It has been pretty common knowledge for months.

In all honesty, it was the only reason I watched Hellraiser III
