If any of you saw the City game on Monday and the Liverpool game last night...they are perfect examples of a team. They worked incredibly hard, showed masses of passion and both got their rewards...and the games were fantastic to watch! We are so very, very far away from getting that sort of camaraderie in our squad of players, we are years away from mounting a title challenge (...I hope it's not the 29+ years Liverpool have had, but who knows).

United are far from united...we desperately need a clear out starting with the 'big time charlie' called Pogba!

Luke Shaw gets player of the season. I voted for Lindelof, who came second.

Losing at home to Cardiff.

The fans should get their tickets paid for. Pathetic,

Well it won't be the two blokes you've inexplicably given new contracts to - Jones and Young. Thought it really should be.

I hate to say it but you've got to wonder if Olly is going to have enough in him here, this job is much bigger than any of us expected it to be. Mourinho has bought badly, we've got lots of dead wood on very expensive contracts that we'll struggle to shift and no sign of any leadership on the field. Wayne Rooney was the last one we had and that was an age ago.

FFS is the lap of honour just to troll the fans?

Hate to say it but he was your classic caretaker manager, Come in and not be the last guy and do well for a bit, make him permanent and the old problems resurface because there are bigger problems here than a change of manager.

Making him permanent wasn't the problem. Doing it before the end of the season was.

Clearly, the manager neither was nor is the biggest problem.

Because he had a habit of not spending money and deeming a success to qualify for the gravy train of the CL but never really challenge for anything else. His biggest achievement was paying off the mortgage on the stadium

Is that really what you want?

We would die for the kind of success that he acheived. His teams played good football. He's got tonnes of experience and a reputation that would bring players to the club, which Ole doesn't (yet) have. He knows the English game inside out. He's not an ex-player with no experience in a senior role (which are most of the names I see attached to this).

When Lee Sharpe is Director Of Football because he's cheap and compliant, we might regret letting someone like Wenger go elsewhere.

No you wouldn't, you would whinge constantly if he delivered the type of success that he achieved. Has his overall success been better than the last few years, definitely, but quite clearly not up to what you would be expecting.

Decent football would quickly stop being a priority if the cost was scrabbling round with Arsenal for the 4th champions league spot some 30 points behind Man City.

"Hey Arsene, we need someone to blame for this sorry mess we've created and United fans don't like you much anyway, so you'd be ideal. Fancy the job?"

Why not?
Because you've already, allegedly, lined up either Fletcher or Ferdinand for the role

Don't watch highlights of the #Treble99 match today unless you want to depress yourself about the state of our current first team.

Beckham put more good crosses in in one half than Ashley Young has done all season.
