Robert Whyte

Hi,

I am buying a plasma this week and noticed robert whyte give a five year guarantee and also interest free. Reading threads from a couple of years ago i notice that the guarantee aint worth the anything and that customer service is poor. That was a couple of years ago, anyone had any recent dealings/problems with them?

Thanks

JD

Don't think they're a lot better from what I've read.

If you want a Plasma I would recommend John Lewis.
They price match high street stores (not websites) and give a 5 year guarantee as well.
My boss has just claimed from them on his plasma after 18 months and has just got a new one in replacement.

John Lewis can be picky who they price match....some people have been refused by certain branches whilst others have had no problem.
