Just finished this, incredible television, ep9 in particular had me and the mrs stunned, even though the lovely Game of Thrones twitter feed did spoil one bit of it for me.

I was a bit confused by the Theon bit and glad someone cleared that up for me, although I am a bit surprised he didn't bleed to death having that kind of op done in a dungeon!

We've watched all 3 series in one go really, so now the cold turkey begins until March next year!

Game of Thrones Season 3 Spoilers

For any Game of Thrones fans with young kids, the current Ben and Holly's little kingdom advert is brilliant!

How would they have handled amputations and injuries medieval times? I'm assuming Theon had his wound cauterised... ouch.

It's definitely solely aimed at the parents - very nicely done. They must have at least done a deal with HBO/Sky to get the rights to use the music (not least pretty much rip off the entire opening titles?)

This is by far and away the best spin-off from the show I've seen, though - and the best BLR yet:

I watched about a minute - can anyone over the age of 6 genuinely find that funny??

If that's "humour" then I'm certainly getting old!

Yeah, I liked that. I like Ben and Holly, always makes me laugh. I think I enjoy it more than my daughter does!

It's not an age thing. BLR humour is more off-beat than immature.

You can still find humour in the fact it's lampooning the trailers of cack comedy films though.
