Here's another pointless one: If Liverpool went on holiday for ten matches and we won everyone, we'd still be behind them on goal difference.

This really is wretched. How long has Ole got? The rot was there before he came, but we're as far off being a decent team as ever.

...another pointless stat for you, we haven't lost to them at OT since 1962...the year I was Born!!

...this is shameful, just how long have we got to put up with this before there's a change?

Sadly, sacking Ole won't solve anything

Well, empty seats at OT, fans leaving early due to zero faith in the team...surely we have reached a tipping point?

...and nobody bought yet in January despite a DESPERATE need for quality players!

This season is ******. If we can't get 4th when everyone else is ****, I despair

We need Fernandes and a striker at the very least

Changing Ole will change nothing. But what else is there to do? Do you trust him with the £300million it's going to need?

Nope. Best wait until the summer, when Woodward goes

I'd have thought the reason you have Ole at all is that there is no desire to spend any serious money. Any new manager is going to make a load of demands, including at least £400m as part of any deal for new players. They've been spoiled for decades with Fergie, you never really knew how good a manager he was until someone else tries to replicate what he did.

But different era, do you reckon the current crop would tolerate having a shoe thrown at them?

Well, the last lot didn't.

And the technical term is "boot".

Just reading the rumours about a loan move for Tevez as a temp replacement for Rashford. Jesus Christ

They'll have Ole lacing back up his boots at this rate

It's like JJ Abrams is running the club in the background. Maybe bring back Cantona for some feel good "remember whens"

Well, we're not buying Fernandes as Joel Glazer doesn't think he's worth it. Another nail in the coffin.
Pathetic.

What about Bale? Or is he just happy to sit out his massive contract

Rumours he's going back to Spurs, I think they have first refusal.

I'm not sure about Bale, he's too injury proned, but would definitely improve us a lot.

Lots of teams looking for a striker, canít believe no one was in for Haaland Jnr. Unless he didnít want to come to the uk. Looks like a bargain at the minute.

Well, it was only Tranmere, but a potential banana-skin non the less, especially given our recent form.

Good result, and some excellent goals.

Wasn't his dad the player Roy Keane gave a retirement present to? Can't imagine that would go down well??

Yes and no.

Keane smashed him, but I believe he played in for a few seasons after that.

Alf-Inge Haaland, great player for Forest in his time and probably other teams after that, but I didn't follow him after that. He did have injury problems as I recall, but I don't believe they massively related to that incident.

Seems to be doing alright, he'd have been a decent signing for you. Was he after too much money?

It's the problem nowadays, so much money, one team is bound to pay it
