Ooooh, disappointed to see that the card no longer includes premiere seating, I've been loving that feature throughout the trial.

I assume that's more a technical issue than anything else, and will likely be remedied in an app update.

Can this be combined with Meerkat Movies - like you used to be able to do with the Cineworld pass and Orange Wednesdays?

So thrilled with this.

Cost me £12.50 to see Deadpool at the local Odeon, and with the new card I've already seen 6 films this month for £19.99. Such a good deal.

Cant see what the Odeon gets out of it though...

Bums on seats buying popcorn, people paying more money than they normally would. OK they lose out on regular goers who paid £12.50 every week but was that really many people? I recall Cineworld charged a notional £3 a ticket, so presumably they pay less over to the film makers and make a profit like that

Thinking of asking for a Limitless card for Christmas - give it a go for a year to see how often I would actually go to the cinema if the 2nd film a month was effectively free.

Anyone know (a) how much extra a Limitless card holder has to pay for Premier seating ? and (b) whether a Limitless card holder can book tickets for non-card holders online at the same time ?

Super thread bump ... finally got a Limitless card as a 50th birthday present from my OH.

Time to start planning - not sure I can get away with string Infinity War too many times though

New features have been announced for Limitless members, including preview screenings for upcoming films. Nothing announced just yet, but you can see what will be coming up in the MyOdeon/Limitless area of the Odeon website.

How often do people get asked for their card?

My card still hasn't arrived yet so I am meant to show the temporary PDF one but so far ... of the 3 times I have used Limitless so far, my local ( Guildford ) hasn't asked too see it even once. Just lucky ? Or do some branches check more religiously than others ?

I have had to show it every time over the past three years (Guildford). They need to scan it to give you the ticket!

Do you not book the seat online?

I have done it online for all of mine, using a credit card to pay the £2 extra for Premier seats. I then scan the credit card at the ticket machine, in the cinema, and hand the ticket - which clearly shows LIMITLESS on it - to the checker who just tears it and lets me through.

I am assuming if I ever wanted just a Standard seat booked online I would have to scan the Limitless card [ when it ever turns up ] in the ticket machine?

Ah, no, I rarely book online. On the couple occasions I have, yes, I need to put the Limitless card into the ticket machine. Nobody checks it in person.

My card has finally arrived - two weeks after applying for it - so I shall see how it goes at the weekend

Well - that's ironic .... the first time I use Limitless after the actual card has arrived and, the woman checking the tickets asks to see it. LOL

Only just started checking out the preview screenings.

Not sure I am particularly gutted about what I missed last night
