Recommend me a desktop PC

Well my Dell showing it's age, so time to splash some cash, between £300-£400, mostly used to go online, any recommendations, I can get 12% of this one from John Lewis.

I'd be very tempted by this one at Tesco, great spec for less than £400 - Compaq Quad Core

I got one of these yesterday, and so far I'm VERY happy with it (could do with a new graphics card I reckon, but seeing as I don't play games, that's not too urgent)

Acer Aspire M3800 Tower Desktop PC, Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz, 4GB RAM, 750GB HDD, DVDRW, GMA X4500,

Have a look on Ebuyer, since they have some good value, budget priced PC system units; just avoid the Intel Atom based models, if it's your sole computer.

For example, HP Compaq Presario CQ5308uk; AMD Athlon II X2 processor 215 (2.7GHZ), 3GB RAM, 320GB Hard drive, nVidia GeForce 6150 SE Graphics, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. £262.73 delivered.

Also, there is there is the better specced Acer Aspire M3800; Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 (2.5GHz), 4GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GMA X4500 Graphics, Windows Vista Home Premium. £345.02 delivered.

Although it comes supplied with Vista, you can get an upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium for £12 direct from Acer for purchases made before the 31st January 2010.
