setting up shared folders on windows vista / XBMC

How do i go about making a shared folder in windows Vista that my XMBC Revo R3610 can see?

I've had a go, and my R3610 can see the computers on the workgroup, but they dont contain any folders!

nvm. fixed it - combination of using the password/login of xbox and removing MSN Live assistant
