Gavin And Stacey Series 3 starts 26/11/09 BBC1

Lets hope it keeps up the fine pedigree of the previous two series and the rather limp Xmas episode was a minor 'blip' in its quality.

Was just about to post this. Heard the advert on Radio 2.

Originally missed it on tv but caught up in a DVD viewing. Both myself and the wife have been looking forward to this new series.

Wonder if with it showing in the build up to Christmas and into the new year, if there will be another Christmas Episode? As I quite enjoyed the Special.

Is there a Trailer Online yet?

She has. She's written something that tomorrow night involves me.

I don't think Corden's a bad writer, he just not a very good actor and tends play himself. Jones outshines him totally but you can tell they work well together.

Looking forward to this if only for Rob Brydon and that nymphomaniac old lady from next door.

Corden was very very entertaining at a chat show recording tonight.

But I like to think I was as well. In all seriousness Corden, off cam, was really something special.

Doris was superb in this episode ... "there's the salad"

And the lovely Sheridan Smith - she doesn't even have to speak any lines, I'd still watch

Thought it was a poor start to the series. Showed little of the charm from the previous episodes and half the scenes were just set ups for very limp gags.

I don't kid myself this show was ever cutting edge comedy, but all the 'funny' parts in tonight's show were just variations of jokes they've used before. Hope it gets better.

Was ok, had some good moments.

It was probably just as funny as previous episodes, but somehow Horne & Corden have been tainted by the stink of the other projects they've done in between series of G&S (the appalling sketch show, the vampire movie, Corden on Buzzcocks) & they just don't seem as good as they used to be.
