Thought you were implying that people who find it boring aren't allowed to express their opinion. Guess I read your post wrong.

Its much revealed much earlier than that. Hardback 2 or 3 I think, at (EPIC comic spoiler, if you've read past trade paperback 6 you'll be fine)

Thanks Woz

Edit: Beaten to it by Pummra - but glad to see I'm not the only one! (I'm up to comic number 35 so far).
Then you read it long ago and didn't notice!
Told you it was tiny.

No, it's not following the graphic novel exactly either changing some events and merging others.

I took that spoilered bit of the story to be metaphorical rather than literal, meaning that

My personal take is that it wasn't intended that you take the monologue as being literally true...

Just found the section we're all thinking of, which is in paperback 4, quite a while after the other revelation.

Dialogue in spoilers:

Can't we keep the book spoilers to another thread? Or at least make clear which are books and which are TV shows (and what ep ) This is confusing!

Good man.

I'm loving it so far and the wife is also gripped - which really surprised me given that her usual TV staple is X-Factor and 90210.

Lets post a couple more times to roll the thread over to a new page and relegate all the book spoilers to the past
