iTunes - 1 iPhone, 2x computers. Syncing all 3 possible?

I have 2 laptops and 1 PC.

On my old laptop I have a mapped drive to the music folder on my PC. My iTunes on the old laptop is set up to sync ~10% of my total library to my iPhone (using the checkboxes to the left of each file).

I have installed iTunes on my new laptop, with the same mapped drive to the music folder on my PC. However I want the same files to be checked so when I eventually start using my new laptop it will be seemless with iTunes.
I don't want to have to go through 14000 mp3s selecting the 10% manually.
Is there a way to transfer either a) what is selected on the old laptop; or b) what is currently on the iPhone?

I guess it would be easier to just copy and paste onto the phone the files I want and do away with syncing of the music altogether.

If the music file location is the same for both machines, hence the library is the same. You should be able to copy the iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml from your original PC onto the new laptop. That should give you the same library (and checked selections) across both machines.

What you won't be able to do is sync the iPhone with both the PC and the laptop without having to replace the entire iPhone music content each time (not sure about other content like contacts, etc).

Syncing in a multi computer environment is a right pain up the arse with iTunes
