Post How to fix Error Message: The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.....

I have just turned on my computer and received this DLL error,

I installed Registry Mechanic and it sorted a whole load of stuff, but not this error.

Can anyone help me get rid of it?

Thanks in advance
Martin
