Got to love The Times BB Weblog - especially their descriptions,,,

Okay, so here is how it happened last year. I spent the whole afternoon on the phone to the CBB press office, only to find, at zero hour, that they had sent all the info to somebody already, whose name they thought was "Tom", but they weren't sure. They refused to send it again, in case I was only pretending to work at the Times and, in fact, did not.

Eventually I tracked "Tom" down (he was called "Tim" and discovered that, actually, they hadn't yet sent him anything. But, about an hour before the programme was due to begin, they emailed over a clutch of enormous portrait paintings, each of which just had one name below them. So, we spent a happy hour or so phoning th e press office to find out who the hell "Tracey", "Magot" and "Shantal" (sic) were, to be met with rather shrill indifference.

THEM (In voice that I chose to remember as being similar to the voice of that punchable blonde on This Life last night) : Mwahahah. You'll find out when everybody else does.

US: Mmmm. Only we're putting a newspaper together right now. Nobody is going to read it until tomorrow. That's how newspapers work.

THEM: Lalalalala. Etc.

And all because Chantelle wasn't really famous. Which they ended up saying in about minute three of the show anyway.Honestly. People who work in telly are a bunch of losers.

So look, the point is, here and now, we only know what you do, which is all rumour, and goes as follows, in descending order of likeliness….

ROBERT KILROY SILK

(Oh please, let it be so.)

H FROM STEPS

(According to the Evening Standard, he's gay. Who'd have thought it?)

DANIELLE LLOYD

(Former Miss GB. Used to date Teddy Sheringham. Yeah, whatever.)

SHILPA SHETTY

(Bollywood star. In for a shock, I’d have thought.)

JUSTIN HAWKINS

(Him off The Darkness)

JULIE GOODYEAR

(Her off Corrie. Face like a melted waxwork of Peter Stringfellow)

DIRK BENEDICT

(Played The Face in The A-Team. Apparently not dead.)

PAUL MICHAEL GLASER

(Played Starsky. Some time ago.)

JERMAINE JACKSON

(Michael Jackson’s Brother. Like Krighton from Red Dwarf, but black.)

LAUREN HARRIES

(Into antiques, had sex change. Not to be confused with Keith Harris)

JO GUEST

(Is blonde. Has breasts. The end)

JASON CUNDY

(A footballer)

JASON CUNDY’S WIFE
(A footballer’s wife)

JADE GOODY

(Embodiment of Mobius-strip celebrity)

JADE GOODY’S MUM

(Called Jackiey. Would be better if she was called Jaqckiey. Sadly isn’t.)

DAVID HASSELHOFF

(You know. David Hasselhoff)

L’IL KIM

(Rapper. Nuts.)

SU POLLARD

(Actress. Nuts.)

MARILYN

(Cross-dressing 80’s singer. Nuts.)

You'll know more when I do. Or rather, slightly after I do. Laters...

Please please PLEASE let Lauren Harries be in the house Other than Julie Goodyear and Robert Kilroy-Silk, the rest of the possibilities sound really dull.
