What are the people on Moz "So Low" saying ? Or have you checked his beloved Julia's site ?

Those dates

Salford Lowry (April 18th)
Aberdeen Music Hall (April 22nd)
Stirling Albert Halls (April 23rd)
Dundee Caird Hall (April 25th)
Greenock Town Hall (April 26th)
Glasgow Academy (April 27th)
Manchester Apollo (May 6th)
Manchester Opera House (May 7th)
Manchester Bridgewater Hall (May 8th)

NME say they will have the full tour dates in this weeks (January 18th) magazine, and online I assume.

Probably more details about sale dates, etc then.

The Lowry has two venues, so I'm afraid you won't be getting that duet. There's the Quays Theatre and the Lyric Theatre. I'd guess Curtis is in the Quays, and Morrisey in The Lyric.

am deffo up for a Manchester date but cant decide what venue.... I know the apollo like the back of my hand, but also like the idea of the Lowry or Bridgewater Hall. Opera house is a bit too pantomime for my liking....

That's a 'proper' mid-80s-style tour where artists could easily spend a month on the road in the UK alone. I've always thought playing places like Whitehaven and Greenock pays off in the long run as the punters are so pleased to have a real show trundle into town that they'll stick with you long after the metropolitan audiences have had their heads turned.

No Preston this time, but almost as good !

It's great to see he's playing so many Manchester venues this time around ... but I wonder why ? Wasn't it the 2002 tour where he didn't play Manchester at all ?

Oh, and it looks like London tickets avail Fri-20th, rest on Fri-27th.
