Help compile a list of discs with Player Generated Captions!

I’m like to compile a list of titles that feature Player Generated Captions in place of the original captions.

For example, the Criterion version of Silence of the Lambs retains the original captions, but the (Region 2) MGM Special Edition version has PGS. (As can be seen in this review)

So, does anyone have any other examples?

If you know of a version that has the original captions (perhaps one from another region), I’d appreciate that information, too.

Also, does anyone have any particularly shocking examples, which I could use to illustrate the list?

Probably the best known and most irritating example of this can be seen in the R2 MGM release of The Terminator.

I'm sure I've read that The Usual Suspects R2 misses out one of the original captions (possibly "Six weeks earlier" from near the beginning).

I think MGM UK has a general policy of using PGC where they're needed, but the point is not all films will need them. I could add a general to a lost saying to be especially cautious about MGM UK, but that wouldn't identify specific discs that are a problem (like usual Suspects).
