I think it is a bit mean-spirited to accuss Beckham directly of disloyalty to Manchester United. It's clear that he is being advised by some extremely clever men who put Beckham's interests ahead of those of the Manchester United staff, and indeed the fans.

In short, he is doing the best for himself, just as Manchester United is doing the best for its own business interests. Clearly that creates conflict.

I'd guess the fans are suffering more than either Manchester United or David Beckham.

The whole saga astonishes me. I cannot believe how pro-Beckham/anti-Man Utd/Fergie some are. I would get banned if I said what I really thought of these people.

Firstly, almost every day for the past few years, the papers have been trying to sell Beckham to a different club. Now that Man Utd accept an offer, they are despicable:confused:

Since when has Beckham been so loyal? Remember, last time - he milked United for a year and almost left on a free. If you believe what is in the papers then your brain is the size of a pea. For Loyalty - see Ole Solskjaeer.

I am extremely grateful to David and he will go down as a legend in United history. As will Ince, Hughes, Cole, Pallister - all were sold, so nothing new there. I'm sure he would have been at United his whole career if he never married that sick, fame and money obsessed whore. So he dug his own grave!

A friend of his said that, supposedly. It shows what tripe these papers show.

Of course - But he plays for Man U so he's still scum. I'll be happy if he moves, means I can actually like him without feeling ashamed

...isn't it about time you took your head out of Fergie's arse!! The only info we get is from the media...do YOU believe what you read? If not, where do you get your especially reliable information from...ooooh, I forgot...Fergie's arse! Please don't keep trying to rubbish other supporters because they don't share your opinion. As for your comments about his wife, I don't particularly like her either, but calling her a whore is well out of order...unless you have a 'thing' about whores and it was a compliment

are you not stuck up Beckham's arse?

i think the majority of Utd fans love Beckham - but Fergie has made big decisions before, and he seems to get them right.

i bet you were one of the supporters calling for Fergies head in the early part of this season?

It was Fergie who made Manchester United great again - so i think we owe him a bit of trust.

Not only a bit harsh, but completely unnecessary and totally childish.

nc - grow up - that way you might get your opinions taken more seriously. It's football FFS, no-one's going to die.

Harsh - yes, childish - no. I solely blame her for ruining David Beckham. The only childish thing is 'stroking my pussies' on your profile.

Know them both well do you? Or do you think that because you support a football team it gives you the right to call someone you don't know a whore?

I own 2 cats and I stroke them - what's your point? Perhaps you've confused having a sense of humour with chucking around vitriolic, foul-mouthed insults?
