I think she's not only the most attractive, but also the most interesting diva they've ever had.

was a decent raw, but the whole thing just seems to have transpired into a comedy show.

Raw is so comically lost as a weekly TV product now, that drawn-out creatively under-powered rubbish (in a draining 3 hour timeslot) like the latest show can still be considered better than usual.

And maybe it was better than usual. Though only just, but it was still largely uninteresting and/or incredibly stale and hokey. AJ was the only memorable thing, really, and I'm pretty sure that will all fizzle and/or change direction illogically sooner rather than later. Like most things. They still haven't explained why Kane is wearing the mask again, for example, he just 'is'... As apparently it's OK for wrestlers to just have an arbitrary naff gimmick, like Tensai, and we are just supposed to, yknow, accept it. Like it's the early 90s again.

I watched due to Vince's return, and the 'potential of a new dawn' Version 32441. New dawn doesn't mean someone like Ziggler or Kofi being relocated to main-events either, BTW, as that is just moving furniture around. And would be no different to Sheamus, Swagger or whomever being relocated half-heartedly to main-events. Because it's 'their turn' or it's 'worth a try, as they're a good worker'...

Need DIRECTION. Need characters that are doing interesting things, and exciting unpredictable television. Raw is miles away. And never seems to get any closer.

Looks like the new season of NXT kicks off next week. Now with JR on commentary (with William Regal on some shows) and including Dusty Rhodes as the GM. I've heard good things about the tapings they have done so far.

is it just being labelled as a third show now, or is it still a "competition"? I think they would do well to ditch the competition angle and just have an NXT championship/tag team championship and have the benefit of owning that title be that you are a part of the raw/smackdown roster while you're champion with the option to be signed permanently if you impress.

It's not really been a competition in a long, LONG time now. It kinda became a show in between FCW and the main roster. Then it started having some of the guys who weren't getting much time on the main shows (Uso's, Tyson Kidd, Hawkins/Reks) a bit more air time. It's certainly helped a few of them.

I believe they've ditched the competition element, and will be using wrestlers from FCW and lower level WWE wrestlers also. Doesn't look like they have their own titles though.

sounds promising, i take it with having a GM that there'll be storylines and suchlike then. I think that's important because so many guys come up to the main roster without a voice and if anything, that's more important than wrestling ability when it comes to getting over.

Are Sky going to be showing this from next week onwards? Or is it only on WWE online?

SKY have been showing NXT for ages. It's only in the US that it's online.

I assume (unless the contract has changed) that they will continue to show it. It's usually on quite late on a Thursday night/Friday morning. Usually after the RAW repeat.

Do you know if it's it still going to be 1 hour or will it get increased to 2 now there's a bigger roster? I can never be bothered to watch their 1 hour shows because after they've shoved in a few Be a * ads, PPV promos and recaps of Raw and Smackdown it only leaves about half an hour of actual show..

It'll still be 1 hour as far as I know. They do show a RAW Rebound video but that's usually only about 3 or 4 minutes.

There's actually some decent matches on it sometimes. Give it a go.

Or was he???? Hmnmmmm... Maybe it's all part of the silent rage gimmick? He's so silent... yeah? That he's not even there... OUTSIDE THE BOX THINKING FROM WWE? But in about 14 years time he'll leap out from under the ring and go "AAAAGGGGHHHHHH!"

yeah i think historically the losers in Tough Enough have had better WWE careers than the winners. John Morrison is the only winner to have a decent length WWE career.

lol the whole season of Tough Enough turned out to be a work anyway, because Andy was already signed to WWE before it started and was always going to win it. He then got a wellness suspension and eventually released as he didn't really develop enough. He looked pretty awful during Tough Enough and it was a surprise that he got anywhere near the final until i found out it was fixed.
