Anyone spot that one of the valuables being loaded on the ship was the Ark of the Covenant?

Damn - missed that. Thought this week's was again excellent. Last episode next week (will there be a cliffhanger?) - but overall this has easily been one of my favourite tv shows of the season.

Not sure if a second season is on the cards. This may have been a one-off season. Next SW project could the long awaited live-action TV show.

A second series has already been confirmed (in addition to the live-action show).

This has deteriorated into formulaic none sense.

Its not exciting or original any more. The simplistic story lines have bored me to tears.

When is the live action show meant to start? 2010?

Yup, since its all self financed he can make as many as he wants, ratings be damned.
Early on Clone Wars was planned for 4 - 5 seasons, so I assume this is still the case.

Ditto for the Live Action series. Casting on that is slowly underway, but apparently its not due to commence filming until next year, so may not arrive till either late 2010 or early 2011

Is the first season worth watching then? I really enjoyed the movie, moreso than the prequel trilogy.

If you split the movie into three or four episodes they would only rate as average when compared to the first season episodes. If you enjoyed the movie you're going to like the series without question.

And given recent history, you expect that to be an improvement..........

I really enjoy this - one of the better modern cartoons out there.
Wouldn't mind seeing it fill the void between Episode IV and that prequel movie they made a couple of years ago just to see Vader etc.
