That's the weird/annoying thing.
The engineer had already confirmed that in our case - upgrading to Sky Q from Sky HD - all he had to do was replace the LNB on the dish and everything else is done by the customer.
Different strokes for different companies I guess ... we have someone coming round next week to reline a chimney stack and replaster a chimney brest without any issues/concerns at all. Go figure
