Where can I print square format photos in UK?

Looking for a web based print company where I can upload my photos from hipstamatic or instagram and get them printed to 4x4 size photos.

Photobox will do square prints - I've used them for this.

Someone mentioned this site too, but I don't see the 4x4 format on there

If you can't find it on Photobox, thePrintSpace will print any format you like, just resize your image to which ever you want (keeping it a 300dpi), be warned, they're not cheap (~Ł3.50 for a 6x4)! Their paper and quality is excellent - I've been ordering Gliclee prints.

Photobox have a 5"x5" size for 20p (dropping to 17p for 20+ prints). Put your 4" image in the centre of the square (using whatever photo editor you have) with a black or white border and then cut the photos down to the size you want.

Couldn't you edit your photo's onto one side of a 6*4 and a single cut of the unused border, or you could fill that with 2 2*2;s if you are so inclined?

Like school portraits used to be.

Yup, I'll do that to fit in one of my 4x4 frames. Will also get some 5x5 just for the larger size.

Peak imaging will also do square. Probably a bit pricey if your original image came from a camera phone. But very good and genuinely professional results
