And yes, there are ways to make more money and some items are available cheaper elsewhere, but bottom line is you have a bunch of people who have swapped a few games which inevitably would still be sitting in cupboards for years to come...for items they want. I'm extremely happy with what I've got for my trade ins...I don't have time to waste listing 50+ games, pack them up and send them...plus selling them privately incurs additional costs (Paypal, eBay etc), time and effort.

I've upgraded my PS3 and Xbox for what I'd call junk.

It seems like they've boosted prices up beyond the £3 per title judging by those trade in prices. You'd typically be lucky to get more than £2 trade for Grid.

This has really encourage me to declutter and get rid of loads of stuff I've been hoarding for years while deluding myself that I might get time to play them one day.
Got £133 credit so far and trying to be ruthless so I can get up to £200 for a PS3 to replace my knackered 60gb fat.
I won't be able to play PS2 games anymore so they can all go, which got me thinking about my Dreamcast that's been in the loft for 5 years and the original Xbox that I've been hanging onto for the couple of games that aren't backwards compatible, so they're going to CEX and eBay.
So thanks, Game, your mental scheme will give me more room, a bit of cash and ultimately keep the missus happy

The way to look at it is, if you REALLY wanted to play these games, you can always pick them up very cheaply on forums or online. Having them sit around doing nothing is a waste.
