Tried to cancel as I got a load of points from the Game trade-in offer, it takes FOREVER for MS to acknowledge any kind of enquiry about an order, let alone cancel it.

I ordered a couple lots of LIVE points and according to the Purchase History it's been delivered. Just called my work (where I had the packaged addressed to) and they haven't seen anything come in.
Tried looking up the order on the WISMO site and apparently "No objects matching your selection criteria were found"......??????? Call me daft, but you just put in your order number and click search, correct?? So how can it not find any details?!!!?!

Little update on mine. Points were delivered earlier by UPS. I wonder if the email I sent to them on Friday about it helped???

Just done the same, sent them an email from their contact form asking why there has been no update in over 10 days, and that if there isnt anything further to cancel it - considering who they are purchased from its pretty amazing how awful their delivery and shipping could be!

Mate ordered a 250gb console while the offer was on but they wanted additional photo ID before they'd process it, he cancelled in the end.
