Amazon aren't making a big thing of it, but all the classic "yellowjacket" SF books published by the SF Gateway are down to 2.99 (from 4.99) until the new year on Amazon.

See their list at http://www.sfgateway.com/

Great titles by Gene Wolfe, Robert Silverberg, Ian Watson, Pat Cadigan, Cordwainer Smith, and many more

the body farm thriller 3

I think i picked up the 1st jefferson Bass body farm thriller for 99p, which was very good, and now number 3 is 99p. Their 12 days of kindle deals add 15 more each day, today being crime ones.

Only Fools and Horses - The Official Inside Story 1.53

Quote:
At its height more than 24 million people watched the classic comedy series Only Fools and Horses, making it Britain's most popular television programme ever. The hilarious exploits of wheeler-dealer Del Trotter and his dopey brother Rodney enthralled everyone from real market traders to members of the Royal Family.

Only Fools and Horses - The Official Inside Story takes us behind the scenes to reveal the secrets of the hit show and is fully authorised by the family of John Sullivan, the show's creator and writer. Containing in-depth interviews with the show's stars including Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst and key members of the production team, this engaging tribute includes a comprehensive episode guide. It contains material from the BBC archives and also reveals how the show was rejected when it was first offered to the BBC, how David Jason nearly missed out on the starring role and the tragedy of the death of one of its stars during filming.

Written by bestselling author Steve Clark, the only writer on set for the filming of Only Fools and Horses, spin-off The Green Green Grass and prequel Rock & Chips, the book gives a fascinating and unique insight into this legendary series.

Dragon's Den star Theo Paphitis has written a foreword to the book, which also includes rare photographs and other exclusive material.

It is, but remember, it is only the first one of three!
The complete story is the best read I've had for years, the only complaint is that the translator was obviously American and also my mobi file did not have the maps in which is an issue when dealing with all those Swedish names.

Not sure if it's always been this price but Patrick deWitt's brilliant The Sisters Brothers is only 1.99 at the moment. Best book I've read in ages.

I bought that in a previous Kindle sale and it was an excellent book.
