A lot of ecommerce sites (places like VirginMedia and Sky) use LivePerson applets to provide real time customer service - have you visited any sites that may have had one of these applets running?

yeah sounds like one of those live chat support things that some sites half open in case you might need them.

Thanks Guys, I did visit the BT web site help section earlier and it bought up a 'do you want to chat' window...that must have been it...I was worried because it showed as a web site being visited in my browser history, still occuring three hours later after a reboot.
I've left her havng a full scan for naughty things. cheers mike |
