Post Revolution: Revisited (Pacino)

Well this has snook up on me...

Revolution: Revisited

I've always been interested in watching this again after seeing it on TV in the early 90s. Remember liking it despite the vitriolic reaction of the critics. Will be interesting to see it again, especially with the newly recorded voice over... (more details)

Only memory I have, is of Sid Owen & Dexter Fletcher both playing the role of Pacino's son and having very painful looking feet!

Anyone got the DVD yet?

Ooooh interesting, I'd not heard about this either.
All that newly added voiceover sounds like torture though!

How could I resist? Well I couldnt, so just ordered.

I dont remember it being anywhere near as bad as everyone else on the planet made it out to be, but my memory isnt my strongest point.

I want to see it again for Pacino's accent.

It's quality. You can well imagine it hangin about with R2-D2. And when the fan is switched on it looks like it's scanning for life-forms like R2-D2 does on the ice world of Hoth when Luke Skywalker goes missing. Quality in moton. The other day it disappeared. I said, "where's the bag-l gone? have the jawas come to pick it up in the sandcrawler?" to which one of the girls in the office replied, "No, Les the porter!" —Captainchode

Watched this last night, still a bit of a mess but I quite like the voice over narration. I was unsurprised that I vividly remembered the "The Gunner's Daughter" scene as it easily the best portion of the film.
