Warner Brothers 'Movies That Matter' Festival @ Vue Cinemas

I had no idea this was happening, and looking at this forum, neither did any of you!

Warner Brothers has remastered and restored fifteen classic films and is returning them to the big screen at the first "Movies that Matter" film festival.

Created in partnership with the British Film Institute, The Times, Vue Cinemas, Arts Alliance Media and classic film distributors Park Circus, movie fans can watch these classic films in 2k resolution digital cinema.

The festival begin on 12th May with Michael Curtiz' iconic romantic masterpiece, Casablanca. Screenings will take place at 30 selected Vue Cinema locations across the UK. Thereafter, a different film will be shown each week.

The fifteen films that have been restored are:

Casablanca
Singing in the Rain
The Wizard of Oz
East of Eden
The Wild Bunch
Dial M for Murder
Death in Venice
The Searchers
Rebel Without a Cause
Gone with the Wind
North by Northwest
Dirty Harry
Blazing Saddles
What Happened to Baby Jane
Bonnie and Clyde

Tickets are going to be just £5 each, and are shown every Monday at 6.30pm at the following Vue Cinemas:
