HMV - the goonies - what does "open order" mean
what does this mean? |

It means that the order contains item(s) that have not yet been sent. If you click on the order number it will tell you about the indivisual titles. They are probably awaiting stock. "Open" for processing rather than "Closed" because it has been completed/cancelled etc.
