Index bargains - post all bargains in this thread

As part of the Index stores shutdown, all (or at least most) of their stores are having a Jewellery clearout.

Most watches have 25% off and pretty much the rest of the jewellery (rings, necklaces and stuff) have 50% off.

AFAIK this is in-store only and is only the thin end of the wedge over the next few months.

Guys

Try click and reserve for anything that goes out of stock. I just reserved Halo 2 for £12.99 at the only store anywhere near me

Dont think I can affiliate the link, just click the "Click and Reserve" option on the product page.

edit: Episode 3 Star Wars figures are also cheap at £4.49, usually £5.99 elsewhere 437-453

There are also some local stores that are apparently designated as clearance stores, so these have even more bargains in them.. Especially the likes of electronic items.

Anyone know which stores are the clearance stores, and are any in Lincolnshire? (fat chance)

BAH! we need an index thread for everything to go into i reckon! Cos all sorts could start cropping up and get spread everywhere...

anyways, I went in my local store today by fluke and didn't pay much attention really to the 'sale' as i thought it was your bog standard 'sale' (although i should have paid attention to the 'ex-catalogue' signs that were identical to the ones Argos use in their RO sale - i didn't!)

Anyways, they had in behind the counter, a DVD player (or was it recorder?!) with integrated freeview - it was £90 but i didn't get a model number - searched on their site but it seems as though it could be instore only... it might be this one though i suppose: LX Direct ?

dunno if its any good though...

A few of the cameras seem to be cheaper than elsewhere too:

Sony cybershot W1 seems to be £235 min elsewhere (including kelkoo), £199.99 on Index.

Samsung Digimax 430 £125-£135 elsewhere on web, £109.00 on Index

Minolta Dimage x20 about £125-£130 on web, £79.99 at Index (possibly without about £5 worth of extra SD card)
