Active X Security Config (Barclays Bank) (kinda solved)

On our group policy (w2k server, win2k pro clients) i've disabled activeX except for administrator approved controls. For security reasons.
Now the accounts department want Barclay Bank's Business Master Online software. I comes with a gemplus card reader and a host of software to install. All installed, and working fine under an administrator login, but for a normal user the activeX control used shows as a broken image instead of a login button.

If you click the "log-in" link on this page:
It brings up a pop up window with the activeX control embedded.

Now i've located what I think is the CLSID for it and added it to the approved controls in group policy: {ADAC3EDA-0627-4C0C-8917-B505623953FD** and after policy refresh it shows up in the user's registry correctly.
However it does not appear to be the right one as it is broken still.

I enabled ActiveX in group policy out of hours and tried the user's account and it worked fine. Put it back to admin approved and it broke it again. So it is definatly an activeX issue, and not something else.

Barclays support talked to their second line support and got back to me basically telling me all of their business customers enable ActiveX so this has never been a problem. They also seem unable to provide CLSIDs.

Edit: I've now realised the obvious solution is to add their site to IEs safe zone on the group policy and enable activeX for that zone. However finding the CLSID would stil be nice......
